Hyden vaalikokous / Hyde's election meeting 8.11.

Tervetuloa Hyden vaalikokoukseen keskiviikkona 8.11. klo 19. Kokous järjestetään Otaniemen Kylän olohuoneessa (Jämeräntaival 5 A) Hydepakin perinnerikkaan kevätjuhlan yhteydessä.

Vaalikokouksessa valitaan Hyden ensi vuoden hallitus. Jos sinua siis kiinnostaa retkien ja muiden tapahtumien järjestely ja villi visiointi hauskassa porukassa, tule ihmeessä mukaan! Aiempaa järjestökokemusta tai pitkää hydeilytaustaa et tarvitse: meillä on joskus ollut puheenjohtajanakin juuri mukaan toimintaan tullut fuksi.

Kokouksen esityslistalla ovat seuraavat asiat:

• hallituksen puheenjohtajan ja muiden jäsenten valinta seuraavaksi kalenterivuodeksi
• kerhon muiden toimihenkilöiden valinta seuraavaksi kalenterivuodeksi
• kerhon jäsenmaksujen suuruudet eri jäsenryhmille seuraavaksi kalenterivuodeksi
• vähintään yhden ja korkeintaan kahden toiminnantarkastajan ja heidän varamiestensä valinta seuraavaksi kalenterivuodeksi.
  

Jos sinulla on kysymyksiä tai hallitustoiminta kiinnostaa, mutta et pääse paikalle kokoukseen, ota minuun yhteyttä. Ja huomaathan, että Teepakin (Aalto-yliopiston partiolaisten) vaalikokous järjestetään erikseen myöhemmin marraskuussa -- tässä kokouksessa valitaan vain Hyden (Helsingin yliopiston partiolaisten) ensi vuoden hallitus.

Hi,

Welcome to Hyde's election meeting on Wednesday 8.11. at 19. The meeting will be held in Otaniemi's Kylän olohuone (Jämeräntaival 5 A) during Hydepakki's traditional spring party.

The purpose of the meeting is to elect Hyde's next year's board. If you're interested in organizing and planning trips and other events with a fun bunch of people, come and join! No previous organizational experience or a long background in our activities is needed: we've previously even had a newly joined freshman as our chairman.

The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

• electing the chairman and other members of the board for the next calendar year
• electing the other officials for the next calendar year
• setting the size of the membership fee for the different membership types for the next calendar year
• electing one or at most two auditor(s) and their substitutes for the next calendar year.

If you have questions or you're interested in joining the board but cannot make it to the meeting, contact me. And note that Teepakki's (Aalto University Scouts) election meeting will be held separately later in November; only the board of Hyde (University of Helsinki Scouts) is elected in this meeting.
