Teepakin ja Hyden perinteinen uudenvuodenreissu järjestetään ensi uutena vuotena 27.12.2013 - 5.1.2014. Kohde on perinteiseen tapaan Ylläs ja Äkäslompolo. Tarjolla on ainakin hiihtoa, laskettelua, lumikenkäilyä, lautapelejä ja vapaata seurustelua.

MAJOITUS
Äkäslompolosta Äkäshotellin vierestä on varattu 11 hengen Oravanpesä ajalle 28.12.-4.1. Siellä olimme viime vuonnakin, mökki on mukava ja loistavalla paikalla. Valaistulle ladulle on matkaa 30 m, rinteeseen 3 km, rinnebussin pysäkille 300 m ja kauppaan 700 m. Lisätietoja mökistä saa osoitteesta
Jos ilmoittautumisia tulee enemmän kuin 11, varataan Oravanpesän läheltä toinenkin mökki samoin kuin viime vuonna. Tarvittaessa voit toki saapua myöhemminkin tai lähteä aiemmin, majoitushinta on kuitenkin kaikille sama.
AIKATAULU JA MATKAT
Matkat taitetaan yöjunalla Helsinki-Kolari. Lähdetään Helsingistä perjantai-iltana 27.12. ja ollaan Kolarissa lauantaiaamuna 28.12. Junaan voi toki nousta muualtakin kuin Helsingistä. Kolarista mennään reittibussilla Äkäslompoloon. Takaisin etelään lähdetään lauantaina 4.1. iltapäivällä ja Helsingissä ollaan sunnuntaiaamuna 5.1. Aikataulut tarkentuvat myöhemmin. Junaliput ostetaan keskitetysti (tai voit järjestää matkasi myös itse).
HINTA/HLÖ
- majoitus n.150-170 euroa,
- junaliput makuupaikalla opiskelijalle noin 115 euroa,
- bussiliput noin 25 euroa,
- yhteiset ruoat noin 70 euroa (sis. aamiaiset ja illalliset; jokainen valmistaa yhden illallisen ja yhden aamiaisen).
ILMOITTAUTUMINEN
mahdollisimman pian, mutta viimeistään 13.10. tällä lomakkeella: http://tinyurl.com/yllas13-14. Ilmoittautuminen on sitova. Maksa samalla 50 euron alkumaksu Teepakin tilille Ålandsbanken-Tapiola FI31 6601 0003 2436 64. Viestiksi "Oma nimi + Ylläs 2013 ennakkomaksu".
Osallistuaksesi yön yli kestäviin tapahtumiin sinun on oltava Teepakin tai Hyden jäsen ja jäsenmaksun pitää olla maksettu tälle vuodelle. Eli tarkista samalla että jäsenmaksusi vuodelle 2013 on maksettu, tai liity jäseneksi (ohjeet lomakkeessa).
MAKSUT
Matkan hinta maksetaan kolmessa osassa:
- 50 euroa maksetaan ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä Teepakin tilille.
- Loppuosa maksetaan tarkan hinnan selvittyä.
- Ruokakustannuksista aiheutuvat lisäkulut maksetaan reissun jälkeen.

Teepakki and Hyde's traditional New Year's trip to Ylläs skiing resort in Lapland will be organized 27.12.2013 - 5.1.2014. There it's possible to go downhill skiing, cross country skiing, make snowshoe trips, play board games etc. in good company. ACCOMMODATION
We have reserved a cottage in Äkäslompolo for 11 persons between 28.12.-4.1. We were there also last year, it's a nice cottage with an excellent location: 30 m to illuminated skiing track, 3 km to downhill skiing slopes, 300 m to skibus stop (which takes you for example to the slopes) and 700 m to shop. If there are more than 11 person, we'll reserve another cottage near the first one, like we did last year too. If you wish, you can arrive later than 28.12. or leave earlier than 4.1. but the price for accommodation will be the same for everyone anyway.
SCHEDULE AND TRIPS
Trips will be made by night train from Helsinki to Kolari. Departure is from Helsinki on Friday evening 27.12. and we'll arrive in Kolari on Saturday morning 28.12. You can also hop on the train from somewhere along the route other than Helsinki. From Kolari we take a bus to Äkäslompolo. The return trip will start on Saturday afternoon 4.1. and we'll arrive in Helsinki on Sunday morning 5.1. More detailed schedule will be available later. The organizing team will buy train tickets for everyone who takes the train (if you wish, you can also organize your trip yourself, if you for example want to fly).
PRICE PER PERSON
- accommodation about 150-170 euros,
- train tickets (in sleeping compartments) about 115 euros if you get a student discount; about 200 euros if you don't,
- bus tickets about 25 euros,
- common meals about 70 euros (incl. breakfasts and dinners, everyone cooks one dinner and one breakfast).
REGISTRATION
If you want to join us, fill this form http://tinyurl.com/yllas13-14 asap, the last possible day is 13.10. Registration is binding, and to confirm your registration you must pay 50 euros to Teepakki (this is used to pay the prepayment of the cottage(s)). The payment should be pay to Teepakki's account (bank Ålandsbanken-Tapiola, BIC: AABAFI22), IBAN: FI31 6601 0003 2436 64. Write "Name + Ylläs 2013 ennakkomaksu" in the message field.
To participate, you must be member of either Hyde (Helsinki University scouts) or Teepakki (Aalto university scouts). If you are already a member, your membership fee must be paid for this year. If you are not a member, you must join now. PAYMENTS
The price for the trip will be paid in three parts:
- 50 euros as you registrate, must be paid to Teepakki's account
- The main part will be paid later when we know the precise cost of the cottage(s) and train tickets
- A small amount will be paid after the trip when we know the precise cost of the common meals
